Hill House Care Home

A Multi-phased refurbishment designed and executed to deliver additional accommodation within an existing property with associated break out spaces and facilities. Creating extensions to adjoin existing building fabric has its challenges, especially when trying to minimise disruption to vulnerable adults in an occupied care centre but we managed to over come a number of challenges and deliver a project that will benefit many over years to come. The client were so happy with our works we carried out subsequent works over a number of phases on site.
