Great Hayes Court

The Argyle Works site, formerly the council’s Highways Maintenance Depot, was developed to provide eight affordable, energy efficient apartments to help meet the demand for low-cost social housing. Shortlisted for multiple awards at the Bath Proerty Awards, the development on a constrained site provided a unique challenge logistically. We have been proud to work in partnership with the design team and local authority to provide a much needed additional to the affordable housing stock in the local area in which we operate.
